Who is yoga for? Do I need to be fit and flexible?
Yoga is all inclusive for all communities and nationalities. No, you don’t need to be “fit” nor flexible. You just need to be you and show up on the mat. That is why Yoga is so warm and inviting because there are no prerequisites. Yoga is all about you!
